They provided me with the expertise I needed to make an informed decision, there was ‘0’ pressure involved, and they were completely upfront about the wait times and delivery. My new vehicle arrived as promised. Justin did an excellent job orientating me on all the features of the vehicle. His presentation was very clear, easy to understand, and it was an unhurried experience. I drove away in my new vehicle feeling completely satisfied and impressed with the service and customer care I had received. We first went to the south dealer as it was closer to us. We left with a bit of a sour taste as the salesperson felt like a typical dealership stereotype. The location was very dark and felt in a bit of disarray. I reached out to West Side Acura to get a appraisal of my current car. Marty reached out to me shortly after. He was very response and answered all my questions. Once I came into the dealer, Marty was very knowledgeable and walked us through the car we were looking at. He also went over all the pricing details, was very open and upfront about everything. Nothing felt like there was hidden fees or charges. He made me feel very comfortable and I can honestly say in all my years dealing with a dealer, I've never left feeling so good. THIS is the experience everyone should have when going to a dealer. You shouldn't leave feeling confused and wondering if you got a good deal, or if you got hosed somehow. You should be ecstatic! Excited! We definitely were after dealing with Marty. Marty went above and beyond for us and we can definitely say we would recommend westside acura and Marty to anyone without hesitation. If you’re looking for a great experience and a beautiful vehicle (new/used) - look for Marty Quon! He won’t disappoint! Not once did I feel pressured to buy the newest vehicle or those extras. He was so genuine and very knowledgeable too! He even gave me door lights as a gift which he installed when I got my vehicle! So nice of him! He was so patient and he also taught my boyfriend and I how to navigate my new vehicle. Again, thank you West Side Acura for a wonderful experience and thank you for the sweet delivery surprise I received this morning! Side note: had a terrible experience with South Side Acura and this was the complete opposite from that. West Side Acura really cares for their clients.

Glad to say the service team, advisor Aubrey, service manager Chris and the mechanic team out back helped out alot! The service was amazing from booking a time for me to come in and have a loaner ready to go for me to keeping my car till they found the issue. All warranty work as well as my regular service all done! Thanks West side Acura team for awesome service! The sales team are also amazing from the purchase of my second TLX from Marty! Could not ask for another dealership to take care of my car as well as myself! They are always inviting and enthusiastic in their service!
