What an amazing experience of buying my dream vehicle from the West Lexus. I left my email address to Sam when I stopped at West Lexus a few weeks ago. To be honest, I didn’t expect to buy at that time; Sam sent me emails with all the information I needed and answered all the questions. I was impressed by his service. I confirmed to buy and got my new car last week. Sam followed up with phone calls to make sure everything was good.. I am very happy with the quality of the vehicle and the wonderful service by the West Lexus especially Sam Pipella.

Best car purchase experience ever! Can’t say enough about how wonderful Levi was to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, personable and dedicated . He and Alan (also great!) went above and beyond to make the process smooth simple, even enjoyable. Bo was awesome! He made the less fun part - money & paperwork - clear and easy. Jen was lovely - did my orientation - friendly and informative- the perfect ending to an amazing journey. My service experiences have also been top notch. Ian Fernandez from Lexus Of Edmonton West facilitated my purchase of a Lexus 350 Sport for my mother. He is a very trustworthy and matter of fact person. His customer service is amazing. A journey with a satisfied ending that just keeps getting better and better!! When I first walked into Lexus of Edmonton in June after a long ride on my motorcycle visiting other dealerships, I was preparing myself for either a bombardment of info on low interest rates, long pay periods or being quickly dealt with and out the door from the way I looked in my riding gear. To my surprise and absolute delight I walked into a place that made you feel welcomed and met Sam Pipella!! Sam was extremely patient with me listening to what I was looking for, answering question and making suggestions on best options. After 3 months where I test drove 2 vehicles and exchanged numerous emails with Sam; on September 13, 2021 I decided on the 2022 Lexus ES 300h in Cloudburst Grey as the vehicle that best suits my needs. I then met Phil Nguyen who was extremely patient with me as I dealt with my bank on the phone and fun to talk with. Later on I was informed that Phil had taken another opportunity somewhere else and was then introduced to Bailey Potter. Bailey has been absolutely wonderful to chat with and from numerous back and forth emails helped me decide on warranty and 3M packages, as well as any other questions. After a few delays due to Covid and flooding in BC which hindered the delivery, my vehicle finally arrived at Lexus of Edmonton. Upon arrival to Lexus of Edmonton on December 28, 2021 I was introduced to Laura Janke who walked me through the whole of the vehicle showing me how things worked and to help set everything up with the Enform System. Laura was knowledgeable about the car and made the experience fun. After the walk around I then was introduced to Bo Ge from finance due to Bailey being on holidays who was well informed of everything that I had been talking about with Bailey and knew everything that needed to be done. Bo was professional and explained everything about all the warranties and financing. After all that was said and done I finally got to drive away with a car that will be taken on many journeys around Edmonton and around Alberta itself! I bought LEXUS RX 350 2022 sport series 3 last December. It is my first time to step in at Lexus and on the same day I bought my dream car with the help Sam Pipella. He is very accommodating on what we need and want. He is so helpful and not pressuring us. Sam took care of us in the whole process. I'm not easily convinced person but with his support I'm impressed. He is an excelent salesman. I love my new car, the price is worth it. The safety features were outstanding and the built was topnotch. The interior is very luxurious. Lexus north edmonton services not only takes care of your car but treats everybody as VIPs.

Got my 2021 Lexus IS350 and 2022 Lexus RX350 from IAN FERNANDEZ. He is not a pushy salesman like other dealerships have. I didn't feel pressured and he gave me time to think and at the same time he's very responsive with answering my questions. I'm an impulse buyer but he explained the cars I'm interested in and gave suggestions based on my wants and needs. I told him what I want and what I'm comfortable paying and he delivered it. I'm saving up for an LC500 convertible and when I can afford it, I'll still get it from this dealership I recommend IAN FERNANDEZ if you are interested or looking for a new Lexus vehicle.
