This is a great family-owned dealership. I have leased my Kia optima from Bessada Kia for three years now. I go back for service every few months. The team here is extremely helpful and very honest. They are always very accommodating and do a great job every time!

The absolute worst experience with servicing my car. I’ve dealt with this dealership for years and it’s been the same issue. Lack of communication amongst themselves and the customer. Whenever I’ve service my car I was told a time it will be done and almost every time it takes double that time. I’ve been driven home and have been late for work/appointments due to their poor communication and work ethic. All the workers in service gives you a different price and options for my car. They don’t care or respect the customer time. There is no customer loyalty so that warranty means nothing. I’ve only ever been offered a free car wash by Mitsy due to their poor service. The rest of the poor services I’ve been left empty handed. I would not recommend servicing your car here or even purchasing a car with warranty at this dealership.

I honestly had such a great experience at this location, from the moment I stepped in until I picked up my new vehicle. My rep was Eddy and he felt like family by the end of it. He was really respectful and transparent with me from beginning to end. I was expecting my vehicle by August 2022, and although there is a major backlog at all car dealerships, I was one of the lucky ones and received my vehicle last week, several months early. I am in LOVE with it. It was beyond what I expected. I got the Kia Seltos 2022 in starbright yellow, it's BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you Eddy for your professionalism and for making the process as seamless as it was. This was my first major purchase and I was so nervous about the whole thing. I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends!!!

My experience with April and Pauline was unforgettable!! Both of these ladies went ABOVE and beyond for my family. Their professional but hospitable charm is unbeatable. I am definitely a lifer. Unfortunately I’ve been to multiple dealerships and this one has been the worst by far. There is no such thing as customer loyalty and unfortunately the sales reps aren’t the issue it’s the management itself. The owner of the showroom- Joe also known as JP is not professional at all. Spent two weeks at the dealership back and forth with them and was unable to give me a rough estimate of my trade in vehicle. He continuously pushed me to sell it privately and wouldn’t even look at my car. Just to make matters worse- JP even told me “I paid $40 to get your account set up so you can sell privately, I’ll give the paperwork to you.” Not only was that a slap in my face but after stressing that I was not happy he kept cutting me off and trying to put words in my mouth. When leaving the dealership I felt that my time was wasted, I wasn’t important nor valued and that being said this dealership is a JOKE. Be careful when you sign up for a lease and/or financing with this place. They will add things to your monthly/bi-weekly cost and will not explain it to you. Only time they will go over it is if you notice the fees on the paper and then they will tell you “that’s it’s recommended” but not necessary. Meaning that from the very beginning I should’ve been given that option and not just assumed I needed it. If you love your Kia like myself don’t even look at this place. Go to the Durham Kia instead as they listen to everything you want, and makes the entire experience memorable. Not like the Pickering dealership.
