★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have or can get what you need. Their selection and knowledge of the right hardware and tools, for whatever job you got going, is top shelf. And the guys there are very friendly and helpful. The Woodbine location in Markham is just as good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a woodworker, I have purchased a few machines from this location over the years (dust collector, jointer, mortise machine), as well other shop essentials (clamps, abrasives, etc). They are excellent to deal with and stand behind their products. When it's time to upgrade my next machine, this is where I will go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 17oz Milwaukee hammer from this store that has a limited lifetime warranty on manufactured defects. When I went in to exchange it for a new one and purchase other items the worker proceeded to swear at me and argue with me about the exchange. Then the worker went on the Milwaukee website and read the return policy to me which said how to proceed with an exchange of items which proved that what I was doing was right. The worker first proceeded to complain about how dirty the hammer was and the use on it. I use my hammer every day and all day long so it wears fast . The worker took my information and the old hammer and said he was going to get in trouble with his boss while he was putting the new hammer on the counter. While he was still arguing with me I asked to finish my purchase for the other items and said I don't have time to talk today I'm very busy. Then the worker gave me my old hammer back and refused the exchange. That's not right so I hope the owner sees this and fixes the issue.
