If you have any issues with parts or don't know how to make things work, they will take the time to look up the necessary parts that you need and sit there and plan everything out with you. Quality of the parts are top notch. I'll always be going there for my questions/parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for a chrome power steering pump and pulley for my Camaro, I didn't realize they were so hard too find. Until I called Karbelt, Pickering location. A young lady answered the phone, I told her what I needed, she said give me a few minutes . She got back on the phone, said she has what I was looking for. I said great but I live a couple of hours away can you ship it to me? She said no problem, I can ship it to you .I said that would be great!! Let's just say I received my order the next day!!! Her name is Sammy, and is awesome at what she does Thank you Karbelt and thank you Sammy!!!..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the store at 10am Thursday morning and spoke to Sam. She was amazing and helpful. I was going into a meeting and asked her if she could text me the information on the part I desperately needed. Truly I wasn't expecting to hear back, however, Sam true to her word texted, found the part and completed the transaction. She even had the parts in the store when I arrived so I wouldn't have to go to their warehouse to pick it up! Definitely a 5 star experience! Thank you Sam!
