Shane came to the house, gave us the estimate, and was extremely friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and put our minds at ease about concerns. The install was extremely fast and when they say drop cloth service they mean it, they left my house as clean as when they entered. I would recommend STM to anyone whose considering installing central air or needs service on their existing central air.

Shane was clearly stood out as the best; his overall professionalism, knowledge and expertise, and equally important, his exceptional customer service was above the others. He was able to replace our water heater the very next day, and amazingly, rearranged his schedule to accommodate ours. Update Jan 2019 I initially rated him 5 stars because he provided quick install of AC unit that works very well in summer and saved me from the heat. I’ve revised my review because I paid him in good faith to provide an AC cover which he still hasn’t provided and it’s now been a year and a half since. Should always follow through with customers on promises ! I’ll update this review if he shows up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shane was recommended to me by a family member... I called on a Monday at noon and he was at the house that day at 4:30 to provide an estimate and the service just kept getting better. He spent 2hrs looking closely at what was needed and gave me all the information I needed to make a choice on product. Because their rates are so great I now have a brand new Lennox furnace and A/C combo plus a new humidifier (I was only shopping for a furnace).The installation occurred within a week!!! While Shane was in my home he treated it with the utmost respect and did an amazing install that looks great. When they left the house everything was clean and tidy. A few accidental scuffs on the wall were repaired the very next day! Shane was a pleasure to work with and I felt at all times like a valued customer not just a job or a number. I have already recommended him to several of my friends with the greatest confidence that they to will have a very positive experience and high level of customer service... now and in the future.

I work for a non-profit Sorrentino's Compassion House, and we have had a commercial General fridge for our clients use since we opened in 2002, from paperwork I found this was not a new unit when donated to us. We have had minimal service on this unit, until the day I called STM for some service. Shane came and did all he could keeping the cost down to try and keep the old unit working. We decided to give it the weekend to see if the efforts paid off. It was not meant to be, so again Shane went above and beyond in search of a replacement fridge that would meet our needs.
I highly recommend STM Cooling & Heating. Big thumbs up.
