★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curtis was extremely knowledgeable about wells, soft water filtration systems and pumps and found the problem quickly. He solved the problem and solved another issue he saw which was not related to the call. Great job Curtis! One Hour Plumbing is extremely personable and work hard to get the job done. We love that when we call them they are there within a reasonable time and very reasonably priced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On July 11, 2018, Ryan Wedge, a technician from One Hour Plumbing came out to my home. I had a toilet issue.He was very personable, and we chatted while he was fixing my toilet. He repaired the issue promptly.
I also found Connie in the office very efficient in booking my appointment for the next day.She called the next day, and asked if Ryan could come out sooner than scheduled. He was finished with another job. I said "Sure"
I would use One Hour Plumbing again.I also like the GPS tracker, to see where the service truck is, and how far away it is.

The last time (cracked water pipe) Chris did an excellent job to repair the leak, explain what had happened and cleaned up everything. Would certainly recommend this company for your plumbing issues.

Curtis, Jason, John, just to name a few, have been so easy to interact with.
Oh, and FYI, our quote had expired and Curtis had no problem honouring the previous commitment. If you need great service, fair pricing and incredible turnaround, look no further than these guys.

Chris explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. The customer service is great on the phone too - I received prompt confirmation, quotes, and invoice. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an intermittent issue with my Hot water tank, Curtis came out the same day I called and had a discussion with me about the problems I was having, almost right away he determined it was a faulty probe, Parts were available at the wholesaler and the HWT was repaired during the same service call. My HWT was 2012 Bradford White 50 gallon Atmospheric tank and the part failed just 2 weeks after the part warranty expired from the original purchase. Damaged probe (on Right in picture) was a result of a deteriorated plastic cover over the probe, part was replace with a metal probe cover so hopefully in another 6 years I don't have this issue again. Curtis did a great job and is a definite benefit and ambassador for the company he works for.
