S	S Blackburn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing first experience!! Car started to "skip" all of a sudden late afternoon. Buddy's was the only one who said they can do a diagnostic at 4:15pm (most garages close at 5pm) even though they were also closing for the day. Mechanic Jamie immediately found 2 black spark plugs which he showed us as we were inside the garage bay. Left it overnight so they can do a full inspection & repair with expectations of a next day, late afternoon pickup. To my utter surprise, Jamie worked on it after hours and my car was ready first thing the next morning!! I can't believe that both Jamie & Don (owner) did that so that I won't have to rent a car to get to my afternoon medical appointment. Incredible! Can't say enough great things about Jamie, Don & Buddy's Garage. Our car runs great, reasonably priced, and most importantly, incredible individuals! Highly recommend⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was referred to Buddy's by the team over at CARSTAR Mayfield to help me figure out what was causing a creaking sound on my car whenever I turned the wheels. I brought my sedan in this morning for diagnostics, and Don was able to get my car into the garage and figure out what the issue was right away. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain the source of the sound, the likely cause of the damage, and what work needed to be done. I was only expecting to get a quote that morning, so imagine my delight to find out that they could get the issue fixed that day! Sure enough, not even three hours after dropping my car off, I had a call letting my know my car was ready to hit the road again. When I swung by to pick up my car, Don also took the care to give me a heads up about some maintenance work on the brakes that would likely need my attention in the near future and gave me an estimate on the cost of that work -- as a first-time car owner on a limited budget, I so appreciated this, as I can now plan out my budget to accommodate that upcoming work! I'll be happily coming to Buddy's for all of my tune-ups and repairs in the future -- their service was quick, courteous, and friendly, and the price can't be beat! Thanks to Don and the rest of the staff at Buddy's for getting my car turning smoothly and soundlessly again -- no more sounding like the door to a haunted house at every 4-way stop!

I brought my car in thinking my water pump had busted and instead of just replacing it like I asked they diagnosed the car and found it was only a hose leak, saved me lots of money. Since then I have been back for a new thermostat, exhaust system, shocks and spring coils, and every time the job is done quickly, properly and for unbeatable prices. If you need a mechanic for anything go here.

Felt great not being told everything on my truck was needing repair. Awesome staff, very friendly. and honest. Definitely will be back. Thanks Guys!

I was told they could work on my truck in 4-5 days but I needed it done before and thanked them and said I’ll look for someplace else . The owner said if I can bring it in they will have it done by the afternoon. I received a phone call about 2.5hrs later and was told that it was finished. They told me wobble was because of a bulge on the front left tire. They changed the tires over and took it for a test drive and the wobble was gone. They said there was a little play in the bottom ball joint but there was no need to replace it yet. They easily could have told me they changed the ball joint and made some free money but they were honest. I will bring my vehicle and recommend Buddy’s Garage to anyone who asks.

They got us in on no notice, replaced our alternator in under an hour, and tightened up everything while they were under there and we could feel the difference when we started driving it. As two women in our twenties going to a mechanics we have had negative experiences in the past but they were great. They didn’t talk down to us, didn’t try to talk us into unnecessary repairs, and they were incredibly kind.
