My car was ready a day ahead of schedule and the work (replacement of front bumper and associated pieces) was was done to the highest standard. Dino provided excellent service in doing the estimate and showing me the work when I picked up my car. Highly recommended!

I don’t hope to come back here but sure would if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My recent visit was my second visit. The staff is always very friendly and very easy to get ahold of. Both my incidents have been through insurance and the staff at Herbers makes everything go so smooth with insurance and the rental vehicle through Enterprise. They always clean the inside and outside of my car which is always a nice plus. I have never had an issue with their work and everyone is very nice making it a very welcoming environment!

The staff were always courteous, and caring.

I got rear ended 2x within a week and although it took my insurance over 6 months to do anything about it, Herber's had my car ready to go within a very short period of time. Dino and the rest of the staff really know how to help you and will go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, quality of work outstanding, and last but not least, is the communication: I was kept updated about the progress of the work and status of my vehicle and every single step was smooth and without issues. I had a feeling that Herbers treat their customers like family!

Dino was great to work with providing quotes, working with insurance companies and very personable on the phone. When the repairs were completed on my van, it looked better than new! The staff worked quickly and did a fantastic job fixing my bumper and light. If you need your vehicle repaired, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
