★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Sales rep was amazing! She was super professional and gave us really good recommendation for our new home. Foremost you was able to give us blinds that were within our budget.
Our installer was just as amazing as our Sales rep! He was super professional and followed COVID protocols! He even offered to install bracket to prevent choking hazard of the draw string in some of our blinds.
Would highly recommend Blind Magic! If you have specific budget for blinds; let them know and they will for sure help you out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say that the moment we walked into Blind Magic we were treated professionally and were assured by each individual that our needs were met. We had a Hunter Douglas blind that failed. We were introduced to Dave and he assured us that he would take care of contacting HD explaining the problem. Our blind is about 25 years old, HD informed us that the material and Colour was discontinued. They told us to choose another Colour and fabric and that they would replace all of our main floor blinds to match! We only had to pay for installation. Within 4 weeks we had our blinds installed by Rolland-from Blind Magic. This would not have happened without Dave Perry and staff at Blind Magic. I recommend Blind Magic for all of your window treatments. The service they provided was above and beyond what was expected!

We took our blind alterations to two blind shops in Saskatoon, and were given the answer that they couldn't repair them, and new ones would be approximately $4300.00. After Googling and finding Chad at Blind Magic in Edmonton, our blinds were altered, and with shipping expenses cost less than the 1/4 of the $4300.00 quoted for new blinds. Thanks Again Chad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a great experience with Blind Magic and Hunter Douglas. First, I had forgotten that Hunter Douglas has a lifetime guarantee on their product. I was asked no questions as to the age of my window covering. It was immediately acknowledged that the repair would be covered. Then I had a very positive experience with customer service at Blind Magic. When I need new window coverings, I have no doubt where I will be shopping. I dealt with Dave first and he was very efficient in lining me up for a home service as my blind was very awkward to bring in to the store. Roland came out to my home and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Both men were pleasant and professional and wonderful to deal with. Lately, I seem to spend a large amount of time waiting for service and it was such a pleasant surprise to deal with such a "Can Do" attitude. Oh, and did I mention, they waived the house call fee as it was a quick fix. Icing on the cake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience working with Blind Magic to get 6 windows covered in the Hunter Douglas banded shades.
When I went to pick out colours, Elizabeth was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.
Amina was also very helpful and quickly answered any questions that I had.
On install day, Kyle showed up at my new house prepared with everything to complete the job. He was EXTREMELY fast and completed all 6 windows in less than an hour. He also took all of the empty boxes/packaging with him which I appreciated.
The blinds fit perfectly and makes the new house look complete.
The mechanisms work smoothly and you can tell that these blinds are of high quality.
The price was a little high compared to other places I looked, but given the great reputation that Hunter Douglas has, I thought it would be money well spent. The level of customer service and quality of the product, surpasses the other places I looked at.
Overall, I would recommend Blind Magic and I look forward to using my Hunter Douglas blinds for many years to come.
