Royal Auto Body - Edmonton

I had a minor collision and my front right bumper damaged a little with some scratches. Initially I thought it will cost me thousands of dollars to fix it but I was completely blown away when I took my car to Royal Auto Body and Collision. Manny assessed the damage and prepared the estimate cost for the repair. He was very articulate and he knew what to do with it right away. He even gave us a little tour of their back door of operations. It didn’t take me a while to make a decision as the estimate cost was very reasonable. So, I left my car for them to repair it. He promised me that it will be ready for pick up the next day. The next day was one of the best days of my life. I was over the moon to see that it was fixed. They did an impeccable job with it. It was good as brand new! I will sure come back to them when I will have minor collisions or major collisions in the future (although I am hopeful that it will no longer happen to me again). Thank you Manny and your team as well. Kudos!

So when I was tboned. I researched high and low for the best shop to repair the car. It was going thru insurance but the gave me a recommended list which I was pleased about. Seemed rushed and get it done now deal. I took two weeks made several calls and viewed several shops the ones that would allow the customer to view. Without explaining why they can't (BS reasons). It was clear that Royal was the one Manny was very friendly and professional so was Charan. I have a very busy schedule so they promised and delivered. Car was back to new results don't lie. And for the time my car was there I felt like apart of the repair process. I would get information from time to time on the progress which put my mind at ease. Thank You Team at Royal Auto Body your the Best. ...............UPDATE second accident drunk hit and run. So i took the car to Royal was i in for a surprise. First thing was the wheels from the first accident Manny had the back wheel Gloss instead of Matt. We agreed that this time he would do this rest and charge me a minor fee ( amazing no issues) After the work was done and i got back the car and asked how much i owed him for the rims he said nothing "HE DIDN'T DO THEM said they only needs cleaning" "Can you clean a Matt wheel to Gloss....Stupid Excuse. Then i indicated the crack on the reflector on the bumper from first accident nothing was done AGAIN. The hood repair from the second accident sits high (as seen in picture). I have had so much stress with this company its unreal.. They promise a free wash and inspection a few weeks after the work is completed. Even now i'm still waiting for the first inspection and wash from the t bone accident. I've had other body shops work on my cars and this is by far poor quality work. Manny always over promise and by far under deliver.

The mechanics did a very good job repairing the bumper on my car and it was done in the blink of an eye that’s how fast it was. I’m glad I came here because the staff treated me well and I felt welcomed.

You can't always trust Google reviews. From the five to the ones on here. I had to experience Royal Auto Body myself. The boys here are great, courtesy and timely. They told me exactly how long they needed with my Mercedes and delivered an hour earlier then scheduled. Did I mention the paint looks great as well. I had a major crack on my bumper and these gentleman fixed it and made it look like new. When it comes to autobody don't hesitate to go to Royal Auto Body. I appreciate ? the work gentleman. Some rusted metal on the fender behind my front wheel was repaired perfectly and economically. They generously went beyond what was discussed and expected to do the job, and they did not charge me a penny more. I am very pleased indeed. I'm now a fan.

Royal Autobody Edmonton fixed my front bumper on my 1-year old Acura. The owner and staff are all friendly, honest and professional. They did a fantastic job with the repair and it looks brand new. I hope I never need future repairs, but I will be back if I do, and I highly recommend this Autobody shop to my friends and family.

Noticed rust developing on the rear wheel well on my F350. Went to a few places, and all insisted that the entire rear panel would need to be painted and new decals applied. Went to Royal and they said they could repair the small area and do a good job of matching the paint. Results were amazing - you couldn't tell it was repaired at all. Thanks Royal!!!

Took my Cadillac ATS here for repair after a semi-truck hit it by accident. They did an amazing job fixing the damages, the end result was perfect. I’m happy with the service and would recommend this place.
