Bought from Canyon Springs and have had a great experience through out. Chuck the area supervisor is amazing and will do anything for you. Ask me for questions pertaining to purchasing your home. I’ll tell you unbiased view of multiple homes purchased in the past and this one. Canyon Springs is a cut above. Edit to this review: Initial review was warranted, but I want to update this review after living in the home for three years. Bedrooms over the garage, extremely cold in the winter (14 degrees with door closed) and too hot in the summer (31 with doors closed). This makes these kids rooms uninhabitable under these conditions. While it was spray foamed in the garage ceiling- the triple pane windows allowed too much heat loss in the winter and allowed too much heat in during the summer, despite window coverings. When I asked to get these issues resolved, they said to keep the doors open for air circulation and put a space heater in the rooms and put in AC to keep it cool. For a house worth almost a million to build. These “solutions” were unacceptable. We also had a breach in the den window allowing for air to seep in and cause frost build up all over the bottom portion of the window. We also had attic rain in the bonus room where our humidity was set to 32% which should cause attic rain. Additionally, the triple pane windows rattled when walking past them, which was absolutely annoying. While the finishing are unrivalled to any other builder, we feel that the overall quality was lacking in certain areas, especially the ones listed above. These factors have helped us make the decision to sell.

We moved in last month and we are very happy customers. From the original purchase, right through to move in day, Canyon Spring was very professional and knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were a real important part of the process. We purchased a show home from Canyon Springs about two months ago. Sarah and Courtney were great to deal with for showings, negotiating the price, and getting drawings and pricing for finishing the basement. We were able to customise the basement exactly how we wanted and it was completed in a timely manner. Michael has been our contact and site manager during construction and after our move in. Michael has met with me on site with short notice and has always found the answer if he didn't know it right away. Michael has also gone above and beyond to make sure that everything in our new home is working and has made it an extremely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Canyon Springs if you are looking to build your dream home with consistent attention to detail and quality.

Canyon Spring Master Builder has built us the most amazing custom home! This was our third new home build, and this one was our favorite by a longshot! Michael and the team at Canyon Spring made us feel comfortable every step of the way through - from sales to possession of our new home. We now are proud owners of an amazingly beautiful home that we can't wait to start making memories in!

General manager Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, very down to earth and did a magnificent job by providing us with the best home building experience possible and always responded quickly to all our emails. Design manager Dalton and construction manager were amazingly skillful and kind enough to make all the changes that we had asked for, from the original plan. Dalton was extremely attentive in hearing our needs and was willing to share his ideas to provide us with the customized home that we had hoped for. Above all, we don’t have enough words to express our gratitude to Area sales representative Sarah, who was beyond patient and guided us throughout the process from suggesting mortgage specialists to choosing the floor plans. We also appreciate her for going the extra mile for us and helping us stay within our tight budget. We were also super impressed with most of their vendors, who helped us to pick the best interior selections from flooring, backsplash, cabinets, lightings, faucets, quality doors and windows to furnace. From start to finish, everyone at Canyon Springs made us feel there was nothing they wouldn’t do. For all the countless emails, questions and changes, no one made us feel like we were bothersome. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are very excited to move into our dream home and would highly recommend Canyon Spring Master Builders to anyone who wishes to build a high quality custom home.

Our family is immensely happy with the experience we had with Canyon Springs. Right from the beginning, Sales Associate Sarah was very helpful in assisting us with our questions, and recommended several plans that suited our needs. She even offered her own insights to some of our selections, which helped us see from a different perspective. One of the key things that drew us to Canyon is their ability to accommodate client requests to add customizations in the home interior design. Sarah worked with designer Dalton to show us the 3D renders of our selections which really helped us finalize our design. General Manager Michael really guided us throughout the build process, and cleared our doubts promptly without much delay. The responses were very clear. During the construction phase, construction manager Cam was interfacing with us throughout the critical reviews, and was always there to answer our questions patiently. Canyon specs are high end to begin with, and the vendors they select are also very helpful, and have high quality and take pride in their products. Canyon contractors are also highly qualified and excellent at what they do. The build quality has been amazing. Throughout the process, which from initial meeting with Sarah to discuss options, to key handover took just about a year, and we felt really grateful to have Canyon build our home. We would highly recommend Canyon to anyone else looking to build their home.

We are currently building with Canyon Spring Master Builder. From the design stages with Dalton to starting the build with Michael (GM), our experience has been phenomenal. We just had our framing walk through and electrical walk through. The framers they use (Dustin and crew) are spectacular. Cam, who is the site supervisor, has ample experience with building homes and has provided us with valuable advice. To date they have done everything to make sure we are happy with our build. They are truly a custom home builder that cares about their clients. I will be providing another review once the house is done.
