I am committed to a gentle, yet encouraging and collaborative approach which supports self-awareness, healing and growth.
My specialties include helping adults, youth and children overcome distressing life events and challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management and life transitions. My therapy style is informed by many years of counselling practice in the Edmonton area. I am a registered clinical social worker and a graduate of the University of Calgary Clinical Masters of Social Work program.
