4 tires installed, balanced and wheel alignment. Tire assembles torqued to correct specifications unlike many other tire retailers. New valve stems installed unlike other tire retailers. Wheel balancing well done.

I had been told by another mechanic a few months back that I needed both front and rear brakes.I had used Bert's a few times before with my wife's car and decided to hold off and let Bert's do the brake job. I dropped off the vehicle at Bert's, with the full expectation that I would required a complete brake job....front and back. I was called a few hours later and told that I, in fact, only needed the front brakes done.
Who does that nowadays? Finding a mechanic you can trust is awesome. I highly recommend Bert's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my 2012 Silverado in for new Michelin defender tires , they put them on my summer rims and took my winter tires and rims off . Not a big deal right WRONG they did exactly what I wanted I had 48 lug nuts with two different locks and keys ,they had to deal with and put it all back in the box that I keep them in . Also did wheel alignment . I am a very happy customer! Thank you to all the staff for taking care of my ride . I’ll update how the tires are in 6 months ?. Update November 2, 2021 tires are wearing well , they all are at 12/32 . Rotated with 9100 km on them . On hwy they grip ,track good and good in rain . City driving as well good so far . As quiet as my Goodyear LS 2 that I had on from factory. But with a lot more grip . Good tire so far .

Parts: are overpriced by 20% what you normally pay at the regular store e.g Bumper to Bumper. I was told that each shop does that.
Labour: I supposed to pay $139 an hour but every extra adjustment is charged additional labour charge. So it is not $139 it is more like $200. E.g. they had to use machine to recode.
Service: it was okay. Had to email back and forth to ensure I get my quote reduced.
Positive:
- replacement car while your car is being worked on
- mechanic knows his staff. Car got fixed without any problem
Overall nice people but they charge like any other shop. I was hoping for more honest invoice based on the reviews I read.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my overworked Ridgeline for a wheel alignment. I had 3 negative experiences with other shops with my front end over the last 16 months and it didn’t drive right, tilted steering wheel after alignment and uncaring mechanic. Berts spotted 2 noisy wheel bearings and replaced them, and did the alignment. They had in done by the next morning. The steering wheel is where it belongs and ride feels good again. Good service, good people
