★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHOLLY FRIJOLES BATMAN! This flooring store is like a gestapo outpost, you not only need an appointment but you MUST sign a waiver in case you give them cooties or they give you theirs. Like are you FREAKING KIDDING ME? I have not had to do to see a floor sample or any other construction related item for that matter, what I was forced to do here. I was there so I relented as I knew somebody that worked there. No more. Find a reputable flooring company that is not afraid to welcome you as a customer, these germophobe freaks are not it.

You need quality product that delvers value in a competitive market. And you need people with the skill and attention to detail to bring your finished product to life. We dealt with Jacquie Cormier at Titan by recommendation. Not only did she help us with our flooring choices, she also helped us make complimentary paint and color choices for our entire residence. We saw the above qualities in Jacquie and Titan as we choose our flooring and color scheme over a few consultations right through in-home measurements to being kept abreast of our installation scheduling. Which, importantly, was done efficiently and cleanly. We have and will continue to recommend Jacquie and Titan Flooring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. Titan replaced flooring in our entire house. A huge selection of flooring that could have been overwhelming but the designer, Ms. Cormier, completely understood what we were looking for given our lifestyle (including large dogs) and gave great suggestions for flooring and carpet without ever "overselling". Products were delivered on-time, as promised. Installers were fabulous, also showing up on time and the work done quickly and efficiently.

Had some guys come in to install some flooring, I was out of town working only to come back and find out that some of the installers had some fast hands with my belongings. Give yourself a real heads up. They talk a good game but can’t deliver

There attention to detail and service is not matched by any other flooring company in the city. I highly recommend This company for your flooring and tile Needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Titan Flooring in this past Wednesday to replace the laminate in my condo that was damaged due to a flood. Upon arrival they had no idea that they would be moving furniture or that they would have to rip out the remaining old laminate and carpet. While they did an excellent job in installing the flooring they left my place a mess.
My bed was pushed up against the wall on its side and I was told they couldn’t move it as a carpenter would be coming in to replace the baseboards the following day. I asked them a few times before they agreed to put it back as I needed a place to sleep. I also have a cast on my right arm that they knew about so there was no way I could move my bed myself.
The rest of the furniture in the living room was all pushed into a corner and the baseboards from the cabinets strewn all over my kitchen and in the sink. They also failed to cover any of my furniture or electronics with tarps so there was sawdust everywhere.
While they may have not viewed this as an "important" job seeing as it was a restoration project in a condo I was extremely upset. I had waited 2 months to get my floors done and then I was left with a bigger mess than before.

And as well William who finished my baseboards also did an amazing job!! Jennifer (the sales person) was awesome to deal with and very helpful!! You can’t go wrong with this company!!
