The staff do not look like they want to be there, the one guy threw things on the counter after coming within a foot of me. I’m not one for social distancing but everyone has their limits. I will do my business elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently ordered a Bradley digital smoker from these guys online and I feel the need to let everyone know my experience.
The young gentleman I was dealing with, Austen, was great from the get go. He advised me on the product and got it shipped out to Vancouver Island at lightning speeds and I got it in a single day!
When it arrived, however, the unit had been damaged in transit and the automatic feeder unit didn't work so I sent off an email to see what the procedure for exchanges looks like over such a distance. First thing in the morning after the family day long weekend, I got an email from Dave with a return shipping label and instructions as well as a confirmation that they've already shipped out a replacement unit for me.
I'm very impressed.
All the way up the line, these guys stand out as a shinning example of what customer service should look like. They were prompt, communicative, and professional to the highest standard.
Five stars. AAA+++.

He found the incredibly specific item I needed and, upon learning about how urgently I required it, went above and beyond to make sure I could get it same day (even though they didn’t have it in stock). These guys will definitely be our go-to now over any other hardware store in Edmonton (and Tyler deserves a raise for being such a saint!) thanks guys!
