★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleased with the service received. We were not greeted by the receptionist, nor told what to do regarding their covid procedures. Just left to guess. Rather than asking us what we needed, the receptionist whispered to the staff if he knew who we were looking for. We waited until the staff approached and WE asked if he could help us. The receptionist is the first person you see, and should be helpful and happy, if you want to have a good reputation. Suggest reception take training.

Possibly right part in stock .exchange wrong part saturday but was not refunded airfreight . They ordered wrong . Look elsewhere . There is another supplier in edmonton for komatsu parts ( 78 ave )
