★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with these guys. Sent in my favorite saw to have it Bakerized. Reasonable pricing, impressive performance, and free shipping was a nice bonus. Adam kept me in the loop every step of the way, even sent me pictures and updates of the progress. Unfortunately, the shipping company messed up. But even then, Adam made it right. I highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are super scared of COVID. I was kicked out, refused service because they wanted me to wear a mask even after I explained I cannot wear one. Too bad, I was there to purchase a husky 550 mark2. I guess they don’t want my money. They really should be more accommodating to people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic experience. I preordered a fully Bakerized MS500i and the back and forth interaction I had with Adam and Dan was excellent. They were very accommodating with my continual inquiries. Grant had the saw waiting for me when I picked it up and took the time to chat about all things masculine (saws, axes, gear, etc.).
My only hang up was how long it took to get the saw, however this was completely out of their control as it took along time for the saw to come to Canada. Once they got the saw the modifications were prioritized and swift.
I was very impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend Timberland Supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I have recently gotten into chainsaw’s as a hobby/firewood cutting. I brought a stihl 500I and a echo 2511t to the shop for porting. The place is awesome. Lots of top notch quality products in stock. I was promised my saws back in ten business days and had them in 8 days total. What they did to my saws for power gains is amazing. My 25 cc echo truly has twice the power and everything at a well wort it reasonable price point. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to express my disappointment with Timberland Supply. I came in to purchase an electric leaf blower as a gift for my son. I was surprised to find out that the leaf blower which was $269.00 did not come with a box. The sales associate did explain to ensure the products have no issues they take it out of their boxes for inspection and proceeded to get me a box. This seemed odd to me as it made me feel as their product are either a display model or used. But they assured me it was for quality control.
I proceed to purchase the product and it was not until after paying and leaving the store did I noticed on the receipt that the product is a FINAL SALE. During this entire time the sales associate never informed me that products are a FINAL SALE despite the fact that I had indicated to him that this purchase was a gift. And if they were to make an exception customers are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
I wanted to inform other consumers before they make a purchase to be aware of this as this was never discussed during the sale or at the check out prior to purchase.

I own a tree service company, have a bunch of chainsaws and this one has quickly become everyone's favorite saw. I had a number of questions before ordering the chainsaw and Dan was quick to respond to my emails with detailed information. My whole experience with purchasing and using this top notch chainsaw has been excellent.
