★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a personal trainer only gym. Dakota is the absolute best trainer. Great attitude and incredibly motavational I never saw myself as the type of person that would enjoy working out, but I wanted to improve my health and fully expected going to the gym to me a short term fad. Honestly training with Dakota has changed my entire perspective and absolutely changed my life. I now go to the gym rain or shine multiple times a week, I sleep better, my pain has improved, my depression is gone and I have the energy to get out and enjoy life. Previously it was alot of Netflix. Well worth the very reasonable price.
