★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time and money, poor customer service, I rented paint sprayer from that place, the machine stopped after 5 minutes, I had to fight with it for 2 hours, then the gun start leaking, I returned it, I told them the machine couldn't do the job and have to use the roll, I asked them to try it but they didn't want to do it when I was there because they wanted to charge me full price, they tryed it for sure when I left and they charged full price for job not completed .I have no problem to pay full price but never go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service at this location. After renting a piece of equipment for the weekend I was told that they have a weekend rate as they were not open for returns on the weekend. I required the equipment for a couple extra days so upon returning the equipment they would not honor the weekend rate and charged me an extra day. I've rented from the south location before and did not have this issue there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a weed wacker and was given 1 spool of extra string in case i needed it, which i didnt, they tried to charge me for 2, luckily my cooworker was there and took photos before we left, they tried pulling the same type of stunt on the two customers in front of me as well and we all left saying ill never rent from here again. These guys are scammers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented equipment from other suppliers before and more than once had challenges starting the equipment either due to poor instructions or poorly maintained. I was pleased with Snowbird and their staff, they not only provided a quality power rake at a reasonable price that started first pull, they also gave me some safety advice. I also like to support local business, as opposed to big box stores. I couldn't believe I managed to get 7 bags of dead grass off my lawn. Tip. If renting a power rake, be sure to pay the extra $ and get the one with a bag attachment like I did. The job gets done much faster, easier on the back and you end up saving $ in the long run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed working with these guys. When I came in the morning, there was a few cars waiting for the location to open. They saw the line and opened 10 minutes earlier! They got me the equipment that I needed the previous day and put it on hold. They were also very thoughtful to provide their own gas for it in a super easy - to-use container and spare strings. After I brought it back, they helped me to unload my vehicle and were very polite and nice. I highly recommend this location! Also would recommend to call in earlier and make sure that they have the equipment, so that there are no surprises. Thank you, snowbirds!

One of my returns was late by a few hours and they were kind enough to not charge me the extra fees associated with late returns. They do have a large selection of tools and equipment to choose from at competitive rates, I would recommend others to use this service.
