★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude employee - older man, white short hair and white goatee with large glasses. He was on the phone laughing and ignoring customers when I first came in to get coins, and there was a line up of 2 people in front of me. Once at the till I asked for coins and fallowed by presenting my ARC fleet card and he angrily threw down the coins onto the counter and told me I have to present to fleet card first so he can ring it through properly. I apologised and said I didn't know. He continued to grumble and say how head office will have to deal with the discount but nothing directly to me. Once I signed for the coins he blamed me again for not presenting the card and scolded me " you better present the card first next time so YOU don't get in trouble with head office". I didn't even respond to this clearly troubled human being and just said thank you and left. Clearly it's my fault for not ringing through the transaction properly.... lol he shouldn't work in costumer service or should take some extra training to understand how a business interacts with a customer. Other than that, the car wash is fine.
