★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars because the work that was done was nice, but the work was not done 100% this is my moms truck and she just spent a grand there to have some rock guard done under the flares and down the body line and behind the bumper. We did have to go back because of a miscommunication, the small piece behind the bumper wasn’t done the same as the rest of the truck is was smooth instead of the rough look. After looking it over at home there’s quite a few scratches on the tailgate and where the tail light was removed. Cant prove that since We didn’t have before pics. But the front passenger flare isn’t attached properly and is hanging off the truck as-well as the overspray on the tailgate shows clearly that this was a rushed job. Disappointing, when calling in customer service was aweful, had an episode about how insulting me calling in was and after saying who I was was answered with “now what” wouldn’t recommend. If you aren’t gonna at least treat your customers with respect why should I voice my concerns about your workman ship to you.

Also really appreciate the customer service one unforeseen problems arise the price did not go through the roof and I was not charged for some things I probably should have been. Super happy with the work with definitely recommend to my friends

Right from the beginning, the customer service was top notch, explained the process clearly, along with proper care , and maintenance.
The product itself is outstanding! Loving the look of the higher gloss application. And wow is it tough!
Not to mention the quick turnaround, and extremely reasonable pricing. I could tell after I picked up my truck that it had been well cared for. I highly recommend Aaron @Sinister Trucks.
