It is extremely well run, and very efficient.
It gets pretty darn busy on the weekends. Full lot sometimes, but they still seem to git r done

First thing I'd like to say that it's ease to access their location.
I'm dealing three years with the dealership and people that work over there. Like every equipment my needs to be taken care of I'm bringing it for service to that location.
And I appreciate the work they are doing and the effort to bring trucks back on a road. Big thank you to mechanics who work in their shop. My appreciation to service desk, girls and boys. It takes a lot of patience to deal with desperate people.
And service manager who called me and helped me with a problem I was dealing with.
Sometimes guys are saying that they have been charged a lot of money for work that could be done in no time. First of all it's a good idea to purchase a warranty. Second thing if you don't have one that's a reality of a business right now. You cannot run an old truck nowadays. Because you're going to lose more than you going to earn.
I wish all truck drivers to be safe and warm and your equipment to stay on the road as long as it can run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to west end freightliner on 12th Jan and purchased y cord harness that’s 13 feet long for 195 dollars and the one that goes to the coolant heater was not working so I got it uninstalled again and took it back and the parts said we can’t take it back and you have to go to warranty department to get refund and now warranty is not giving full refund they said you can’t only get 92 dollars because then I bought other wire that was 10 feet and was 92 dollars and it worked all good …this is so annoying and frustrating they are saying they can’t refund for used parts but my question is how m gonna know it’s not working until I install it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abysmal customer service skills. I called in about a rental that was dropped off overnight at their West end location. Destiny in reception was dismissive and couldn't seem to let me get through a single sentence without interrupting me, and when she was able to rush me off to their Service Dept I experienced the same issue with the lady I spoke to there. She was certain the truck wasn't there, but after a call back to the towing company it was discovered she would've seen it if she stepped outside for 2 minutes to take a look. Horrible experience overall with First Truck. Definitely glad I don't have to deal with them outside of this rental experience, because I wouldn't ever willingly utilize their services after the garbage experience i had in their reception and service departments.
