★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update. The Manager called and offered to refund the loot bags we never got and gave a $50 credit if we ever come back. He said he would coach the staff on how to handle birthday parties better during the week. Glad he called me and didn’t just wait till I called to deal with it.
Worst Birthday party experience ever. Didn’t provide loot bags that were paid for. Couldn’t refund because the manager wouldn’t answer his phone. Told us one kid would have to sit out for the second game cause they had other bookings to accommodate. Made kids wait an hour and a half between second and third game. Since parents came to pick up kids at 8(we were told party would be done by then) they wouldn’t refund the games that couldn’t be played by the kids who left. The 2.5 hour party stretched to 4 hours. Had to keep asking when the drinks and food would arrive. Avoid this business. There are much better run laser tag places out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had my son's birthday party here, and everyone had a blast! Chris was great! He was great with the kids when explaining the games, and very helpful if we needed anything. He checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best birthday party I have booked for my son.. ever. The general manager Chris and his staff have that business figured out. My sons group was ages 4 years to 9 years. They staff knew how to get the kids comfortable in playing. First round of our game has brighter lights and softer music and the second round was all out. The kids had a BLAST and did not want to leave. The favor bags are well worth it. It was such an easy party for me as a parent and so fun for kids. Thank you Chris and staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for a family outing or for a group of friends. The lobby has some arcade games and vending machines that you can use to kill time until your lazer tag game. Staff were great explaining game play rules for both young and old. Recommend checking it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is just Laser Quest with some paint in the front of house. The packs are smaller but just as heavy and awkward to get over your head. You have to keep your fingers on two buttons with one hand and the other hand on the trigger. I took a bunch of teens here for a bday and they didn't want to play any more than two games because our fingers were cramping. They were looking at the Planet Lazer website and it looked so cool but when we went the inside it was Laser Quest with a couple of large cans for decoration. In the briefing before we went in we were told not to break the packs as they are $2000 each. Very useful information--lol. There is no supervision in the maze, they said they would be out front and come get them if you need anything. Overall out of 12 of us that went, none of us will be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had My daughter's 7 Birthday party there, it was amazing and so much fun and they take care of everything and all you have to do is play and have fun. we had gone there a few times before the party and every time was a great experience. we love dealing with Chris he is so friendly and so helpful, he made our experience there fantastic and definitely recommend you plan you next kiddo's birthday here. Go she Chris he will go above and beyond to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying this as a bday party for my now 10 yr old, and couldnt be happier! There were a few hiccups as qe didn't know what to expect, but the staff were super helpful and even delivered the loot bags we forgot to our door! 100% reccomend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve been there twice. First time was just my grandkids and me and today for Family Day with the whole crew. It’s so fun to see the enjoyment everyone has getting exercise while playing and not on phones or game systems! My new friend Chris, and his staff are amazing and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Only reason not a five star rating is I feel an observation room would be so nice for people to watch their kids play or for Grandmas that get tired!
