★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, we held a party for my step-son at The Fun Factory. It was FLAWLESS! First of all, I love how gigantic the playground is. There is also a smaller area for younger tots and a separate closed in area for basketball and ball playing. I like how as adults we're allowed up onto the structures to accompany our young children, and to have a little fun of our own! Our birthday host, Kie, was very helpful. To helping set up the room, serving food to the kids and adults, then clean-up afterwards. He was ready to help before I had to ask. All of their other staff was polite and helpful for anything I had asked for. Another plus was the PA system they used to gather all our kids to the room to eat. We were allowed to bring our own food too in addition to what they offer for birthday kids. Most importantly, all of our kids had soo much fun!

The prices are very reasonable, the staff is very friendly and helpful and they keep it very clean in terms of regular sanitizing of washrooms and other frequent areas. I would go here again in a heartbeat. I also forgot to mention that they also have a few adult friendly games like table hockey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 21 month old had such a great time playing in the whole space. My inner child had fun too. For such a good price it's an ideal option for staying active during cold months. We are already thinking of getting a pass!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the greatest. Our 2 year old daughter had fun in the ball pits and running around, but the staff /management was much in need of... Well... Existing. Only one person was on staff while we were there (a Sunday afternoon). She didn't care at all about people removing their socks or masks at all, and wouldn't even get me change for loonies so that we could use the kiddie rides (car / carousel).
Also, there is a back door to the unit that is entirely unobstructed, and has a few steps leading down to it that are not gated off. Kids can easily fall and get injured, not to mention the security risk of an accessible back door.
Probably just going to stick with other indoor playgrounds from now on. ?
