That wana be service manager Brad has some major attitude when you try to communicate with him he basically tells you to never come back got ahold of the VIP lets see if any thing is done about that or if its just ignored like all his other staff
Stay the heck away from the edmonton branch unless you like to get ripped off

I especially enjoy dealing with Emma she really knows her stuff. Never had to go back for the same repair like the other places we have dealt with.Good to know things are fixed right the first time

I bought my truck with them but I'm not from Edmonton. Every time when I've came to Volvo Calmont they did their best to help me and I enjoyed their good service.
Shop foreman is a gentleman ( sorry I don't remember his name to mention it)
