This has been the worst costumer service in my entire life. I went to St. John’s music to buy a professional trumpet for school and instead I was berated and called poor for asking for a deal. When I finally purchased the trumpet I was sent home with the wrong case and had to drive 300km to return it and get the right one. While some staff is helpful the manager has done little to organize and help me through all this and has fought me every step of the way. I can honestly say I will never shop here again. I recommend Yamaha to start selling their trumpets at a different outlet.

My fiancΓ©e and I have bought a piano and an electric guitar from here and Audie has been great both times. He's been very helpful with his information and he let us take our time to just look and play with the instruments on the floor to find what we wanted.

Had my son's P-Bass repaired yesterday, Jason the technician that repaired the guitar was "top notch" and very accommodating. He offered good advice and a quicker than estimated turn-around at a reasonable cost. My expectations were exceeded! The personal touches and "how can we help you" made me feel like this was a relationship and not just a transaction. I have only bought accessories at St.Johns in the past, and also participate in the school band rental program. This was my first instrument repair ... and it made me feel more comfortable with considering them for a larger instrument purchase in the future and to maybe give them a chance to earn more of my business in the future. In an ever shrinking retail market, it is the key staff that really shine and make you stand out in the crowd!

Rented an instrument through here and was promised they would pick it up in our city at the end of the year...COVID happened which I understand things then have to change but they did not offer any cheaper shipping options to get the instrument to them. Should have just rented locally now I get to keep paying for an instrument my son isn’t using until they get it back which I have to ship at my cost. Salesmen that initially spoke with me was not overly friendly before asking if I wanted to speak with the manager. And my name isn’t even Karen! Bottom line if you can rent an instrument local to your town/city. I would choose that option.

Awesome service! Audie is a true gentleman and is very welcoming. I’ve been to many different guitar shops in my day and most of the time they could care less and are never willing to help you. Audie’s high level of professionalism and genuineness is the reason I keep going back. Their guitar-tech, Jason Rumph, does outstanding work. If I ever have a question about a repair I’m doing myself, he always gives me cogent advice and sets me up for success. I love picking his brain, I learn something new every time I go in. I tried a few different techs when I moved here from Vancouver, but I will ONLY go to him from now on. I trust him completely with all my high end gear. Guys a repair-ninja! Definitely go in and check them out! I always look forward to the fun conversations with my fellow guitar-nerds. They always get my gear back to me in a timely manner and their prices are always fair.

I bought a wonderful high end digital piano from them in December. Service was great, they were willing to order a new piano for me, and when I changed my mind and bought the floor model of a different piano, they were happy to cancel the order without any fuss. They gave me a great deal on a floor model and it was in excellent condition - they clearly take great care of the instruments in the store. They had a wide selection of brands and models for digital pianos, from entry level to top end. Furthermore, they helped move the VERY heavy instrument into my car, again taking great care to not damage it. Overall I had a very good expirience and was very happy with the purchase.

Thank you Audie. Such a pleasant experience to purchase my new Precision Bass. - Well organized and inviting store. -Instruments easy to inspect, and try out. (even if I didn't need to plug it in :) ) It's always nice to interact with a musician, and as a bonus, a person that I listened to for years from radio. (Queen - Radio GA GA comes to mind. ) Thanks again. (even the wife is impressed with the new guitar. )
