★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got off the phone with Rob from Innovations St Albert. In this weird time during Covid, it's been hard to find parts for my guitars, but Rob was willing to help me find what I needed and took the time to make sure I got exactly that. I have been dealing with another Nationwide Canadian music store that lives true to their name, (Long...) for many years. Seems like every time I call them, they are condescending and just want to get me off the phone without helping me. Usually referring me to their website. I have no problem shopping online, but when I want something today, online is not the option. Rob at Innovations was highly knowledgeable on the industry, guitar parts, amplifiers and even giving me pointers on tube applications. Innovations is now my go-to music store for strings, picks parts and music gear. They took the time to meet my needs and answer my questions, this is what matters to me the most. A company that values its customers and treats them so, has my business. Thank you! See you soon...

Without disclosing too much, they made my online interaction smooth, with constant care and frequent follow-ups, made sure the guitar I received was immaculate.
