Personally I don't feel shopping there anymore and prefer to go to Steve's Music. Newer met some one so mean to costumers as ADAM. I'm so glad google has ratting system so such people don't get away with it. After spending $1250 on guitar and headphone this guy was to cheap to give me $4 off. At least he could say sorry we can't do that but what he did is look at us and said NO. Are discounts based on some kind of racial profiling? Really makes me not wanna shop there anymore. I will make sure all my friends know about what kind of people work there when no body is watching them. Also they nothing but chat at the counter and laugh when your trying out the guitar. One lady in particular is doing this like a pro. Really fake laugh while your playing a guitar. Seriously who puts this people in charge is not clear to me. Also was buying headphones and this younger guy sells me the cheapest headphones when I'm asking him to give me the best one. I returned the next day and LIAM help me like a PRO. and I bought DT 990 PRO open back headphones (( that's what I call customer services)) also the other younger guy was more busy putting headphones back on the rack then helping me answer some questions about drum machine. I end up buying MPC ONE golden addition $1000 in Steve's music since this guy just concluded sorry we don't have any and that was it. LOL. I'm sure if the manager would be there this would not happen. Please manage this story properly since is one the best stores near by for musical instruments. Thank you.

One of the best stores to relax and relive your love for music. Staff are always helpful and quality of music instruments are amazing. Highly recommended for all ages!

This place has everything that every music lover wants they have all the instruments staff are very friendly and they offer lessons as well. I would highly recommend this where they are beginning or an expert whether you want to buy or rent this is a place to go.

I love this place for buying musical instruments. They have a wide variety of collection. They are offering in-store pick up for online orders during this pandemic. Also the home delivery is available.

Hi there! I'm writing this review hoping it prevents anyone from making the mistake I made. I brought my guitar in yesterday because I had buzzing on all strings on many frets. I called in before coming and I was told they could take care of it with a setup. I drive over, and when I arrive I emphasize at the door that the frets are buzzing, and that is the exact and only issue I need fixed. Chris tells me OK, guitar goes in, I drive back home. The following day I'm notified that my order is ready and I arrive to pick up my guitar, but to my surprise there's absolutely no change in the buzzing; the problem is still there. I tell Chris and he goes back in with the guitar to check with the technician, and there I'm told that it's a problem with the frets and it isn't solvable with a standard setup. Now I ended up paying $75 + cost of new strings before tax. I know that this is probably a busy store and a lot goes on every day, but I wish I knew that instead of having my problem taken a look at, I was dropping off my instrument for a procedural 'setup', regardless of whether it needed it or not. I take good care of my instruments and regularly clean it, lubricate the nut and change the strings. I'd like to mention again that the only problem I needed solved was the buzzing on higher frets. I just wish that I was told my problem wouldn't be solvable with a setup beforehand. What it ended up being for me is an expensive string change, and even my strings were new prior to the setup. I hope that in the future the communication is clear between the store and the customer. My second issue is that I was very upset to find a scratch under my guitar when I got home. I don't know if the guitar took a bump somewhere on the workshop desk or while heading back out, but what I know for sure is that I'm absolutely careful with my instruments and I handed over a guitar with zero scratches. This guitar was a gift from my father and is very sentimental to me. While I understand accidents happen, having two negative experiences back to back really wasn't fun. I hope that other customers don't have the same experience. Best, Efkan

We went in fully planning on spending money, but somehow the 4 employees working couldn't seem to figure out a way to sell a guitar. Upon asking the cashier on the way out if he was the only person working there he said "sometimes I feel that way". We won't be going back.

Wonderful place, came here almost everyday as a little kid, to play the drums and try out the guitars, my go to place for pro audio rentals.
