D	David Sfiligoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in on a Monday to get a guitar tuneup and check the sketchy electronics. I urgently needed the guitar for Saturday for a recording session. With the standard 10 day lead time, I asked if it could be rushed and I would pay extra. Wednesday my guitar is ready, sound as new. I get charged ridiculously cheap for the work. Baffled, I even told him he should charge me more. They knew I needed the guitar quick, didn't want to leave me at my session using one of my spares. Thanks Adam, you know how to run a shop, great success will come to you.

The store/teaching facility/recording and performance studio has a wonderful "vibe" that makes you happy to be there and work on improving your guitar (etc.) playing skills with knowledgeable, supportive and energetic instructors. I can't say enough about how much fun it has been to learn how to play the guitar with Sean over the past two and a half years and I look forward to many more years of developing this skill!

The "independent" store rather than taking a chance with the big box outlets staffed by people who for the most part haven't got a clue about the second rate over priced products they're selling. If you're a guitar player, this is the place for you. A place where you are cheerfully greeted by a couple of young guys who really know their stuff. These guys will listen to your needs and follow through with honest recommendations. No high pressure tactics, just honesty. Being pretty good guitar players themselves, they know exactly how to steer you to making the right choice. Last night when I was experiencing a minor issue with my new instrument, they even " trouble shot" me through it on their after hours chat system. If you're looking for a guitar from a place where you're more than just a sale, a place where they always have time to listen, go see the boys at headstock.

Excellent customer service and staff interaction, great teachers and sales staff. Excellent selection of electric acoustic and bass guitars, ukeleles and they even have a banjo or two. They keep a good selection of amplifiers and some pedals. I have no complaints and every interaction at the store has been nothing but pleasent. I can't recommend the store enough, if you need lessons, instruments, parts, or accessories, go to headstock music. Five stars all the way.
