★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long & McQuade has all musical needs from beginner to pro I have been a patron before this company was in Oshawa Great when the store finally came to Oshawa If there is 1 thing I have noticed . Sales ppl have always payed more attention to the younger customer over the older Now as a sales man Target your buyer. Young is more likely to make a large purchase than a older person My point is show respect to the ppl that got you there Ppl wouldn't have jobs company wouldn't exist with out long time patrons ???️?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gear and equipment, but poor sales people. Not very helpful and acted like they didn't care about what i needed or what i was interested in buying. Just stood there talking to each other about their life stories instead of helping me. Poor customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did an online purchased of an electric guitar from this location during the peak of all the COVID panic nonsense. The sales person that I dealt with went above and beyond to sort out the financing. Problem was I recently moved and my address on record had changed and the location was too far of a drive away. It took a couple days of paper work, back and forth but that wasn't a problem. The guitar was advertised with a chip which I felt was generously reflected in the sale price $1499 down to $999. I however did discover another ding upon its arrival but with all the excellent service beforehand, knowing it had a paint chip I didn't really care overall. Just wish it was mentioned, I suppose. I would shop here again.
