★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in today to look at digital pianos and the employees avoided me like the plague. I finally got a hold of one and asked if they could check stock on something and was told they were too busy doing inventory to help me out... I also watched people stand by the front desk for 5-10 minutes while several employees ignored them and walked past.
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best of the best. Brought my injured Fernandez Ravelle guitar here to get surgery done, 3 days later it was home recovering. For some reason it plays much better now after the injury and surgery was done. Great job guys. Now you know why I keep coming back. This is where I get all of my music gears. I highly recommend this place. You will get great service and very informative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience! My son was registered to start Piano April 26th at L&M 91st and upon arriving we were told a technical glitch would require reschedule to May 3. We showed up again on May 3 and was told a technical glitch would require reschedule to May 10th. I explained this is the second cancellation and asked why. The agent noted she didnt know but the instructor was missing and would not respond to his texts. We waited for about 10 mins and gave up. For a kid struggling to be accepted into sports, this really hurt his confidence and now doesnt want to participate in anything. Terrible job ?

We have found some really good deals for used gear there too, whereas some kijiji finds have ended up terribly for us, as not all private sellers are trustworthy.

I’ve been coming here for 7 years now for all my music needs. Anything from purchasing instruments to renting equipment. No matter what, these guys have always been accommodating and great to work with- especially Curtis in rentals. He’s always going above and beyond to help you get what you need and really easy to work with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the city. I’m actually heading there again this weekend to rent the Bose L1 compact! Thanks for all the great customer service L&M ??.
