★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tundra Music! I purchased a bass guitar online from this store. About 4 days after my purchase I still hadn't got a shipment notification from them so I send an email inquiring about when my bass would ship... No answer. 2 days later another email, still no answer! Next day, same story... and so on...! So I decide to call (we're in this story over 10 days by now!) and the guy says I'll call you back by end of day with details. Guess what!? No call of course! So I call the next day again, now the guy tells me they don't actually have the bass in stock (and it's discontinued) so he will cancel the transaction and refund my card within the hour and then send me an email offering me special discounts on basses they actually have in stock. Guess what!? He didn't do any of that either! Some will say; "maybe they were super busy"... but when they weren't answering my emails about my order, I sent them random inquiries from other email accounts and those emails were answered!!!! Crooks! I rarely (if ever!) post reviews but if this can prevent someone from having to deal with people like this it'll have been worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a guitar from Dylan at the Whitby location late last year and recently had an issue with the guitar. I've always had a good experience dealing with Dylan but this was going to be my first post sales service experience. Suffice it to say, Dylan promised to take care of the problem and he followed through on it - I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the market for a new one! Thanks again Dylan!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place folks. From the moment you walk in their doors, you "matter". If you are a performing musician or just a casual picker, the staff here will genuinely try their best to fit you with an instrument that best suits your needs as well as your budget. Speaking of budgets....even the consummate collector is bound to find some pretty interesting pieces on the wall here. Be sure to check out some of their ancient Telecasters! I will be going there often.

I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews online.
But, I left their vibrant store with a smile from ear to ear.
Exceptional one on one service right from the start, Ed really spent the time to hear out all of my list of extensive requirements for new Bass guitar. No exaggeration... but Ed literally showed me every bass that they offered in store with an amazing professional demeanour, Ed even took the time to call a ton of vendors to track down stock (COVID obviously throws a wrench in the supply chain - too think back to March of 2020 when people were hoarding Toilet paper... Bass/ guitar stock doesn't stand a chance).
Dylan is a multi-tasking phenom, it's incredible to see someone so passionate about customer service and guitars - he was completing a ton of other customer's mail orders just before the holidays, while he was helping me track down new pick ups for my new Fender Precision bass.
Dylan is a very talented, and expert technician, it was really amazing to watch and learn his technical expertise from his experiences working at Gibson Guitars. I was very thankful that Dylan took the time to explain and show me the insides workings of the pickup circuitry.

my business. You guys just lost $3000. Good luck and I really hope you can stay in business. Sad to see local shops dwindling, but I can also clearly see why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the shop, Dylan was helpful and I bought a Marshall custom mini stack. But when I got it home it was missing all the Cables/switch and COA. I contacted them and he said he'd look and get back to me. Never heard back despite sending numerous emails and leaving messages on the phone. Go somewhere else, once they get your money you're on your own.
