J	Jason S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time I ordered , the pizza was 15 minutes late, not properly cooked, the staff queen nor wearing hairnets and was wearing casual clothes not the uniform which seemed odd , regardless the pizza still tasted great nor as good as the usual I would receive

We called to complain and they said they would send another out in 30 minutes and an hour later we had to call again to see where the pizza was. Supposedly the call centre (which is located in Montreal) didn’t relay the message. I’ve always liked pizza hut but after this ordeal will never order from them again. Why is the call center in Montreal and not done at the store. This is a business FLOP ! Ridiculous ! I have no words
R	Rachel K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order on Skip the Dishes for a family member as they did not have power or internet to place their own order. As this was the only restaurant active on skip, I assumed it was open. I placed an order and the restaurant accepted and then proceeded to mark it as delivered. However, NO PIZZA EVER ARRIVED. They use their own in house delivery so there isn’t any driver information I have. And I don’t believe it was ever sent out despite them marking it as delivered. The power to the are apparently only restored several hours later, so the store couldn’t have even made the pizza. I would’ve prefer they cancel the order instead of scamming me as skip won’t refund me either.
K	Kimberley Barrett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience at this location. The pizza was Amazing and the young man Travis was so kind and friendly. He helped me decide on what pizza to get and took the time to smile and wish me a great night even though i could tell he was crazy busy!!

I have to say, the food quality hasn’t always been consistent (sometimes the pizza seems a bit on the undercooked side, usually towards the middle of the pizza not so much towards the crust).. Other than that, the triple treat box is a pretty good “bang for your buck” in my opinion.
