★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in 215 Reedaire for just over four years. The buildings are well taken care of and the super Laura is very responsive if any issues arise. Balconies are a great size and so are the apartments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BED BUG INFESTED!!! 211 Reedaire crt Whitby, Every apartment is infested with a bed bug outbreak all 3 floors, all 25 apartments the entire building is covered in them. The Landlord try’s to act as if unaware of how serious the bedbug infestation is but is fully aware of the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived at 211 for 3.5 years. Very quiet building. Well maintained. Lots of space (like when they used to build good quality old buildings) including broom closet, big bedroom closet, etc. Laura the Super is great & very responsive. I would recommend living here if you are considering Whitby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for more than 20 years. I have seen management companies come and go over the years. Lawrence construction is by far the best we have had. They take care of issues in a timely manner and are friendly to deal with. I really like living here, the tenants are good too.
