I have been shopping at mission fun and games on and off for years. I have found throughout the years that products that are sold, as well as the staff are extremely misleading. Cards I have purchased have come damaged in the box upon opening, and I was told β€œoh well”. Recently, I went in to specifically ask for some protectors for cards- the sales member at the store sold me 400 of the wrong size an wrong item completely. I called to ask about the error that the staff member had made, and once again was told β€œoh well, we don’t return those”. About a week before this my son and I went in to purchase a regular card shuffler. They took out a binder, pulled out a document, and made my 13 YEAR OLD SON sign a waiver promising not to return it. They actually pulled out a sheet and made him sign it in front of them. I have never heard of such practice.. it was $20. This was extremely unprofessional and insulting to a paying customer. If they don’t have faith in their own products that a waiver needs to be signed, how can I have any more faith in this company? This makes me very unhappy and makes me lose faith in their creditably as a business. They do very little to make customers happy and feel appreciated, and they have done absolutely nothing to correct these errors that are on their end. If I could give 0 stars I would. Be very leery of this store- check what you are buying VERY carefully.

I found a hard to find miniature for D&D. A red haired Dwarven War Priest. And it was painted! Huge selection of minis and anything game related.

This store is the only place to go for boardgames! So much selection and the staff are all very helpful. You can tell they all seem to enjoy working there. Plus most of the time their prices are comparable to Amazon. Edit: I purchased a Folded space organizer for my Scythe games off Amazon not even thinking to look here and got totally hosed. Would have saved more then 50% if I had bought it from Mission! Lesson learned the hard way. If I could I would give them 6 stars

Such a fun place! Definitely a great choice for new board games or if you can grab something on sale. Prices are pretty expensive, but then again that’s new board games! Wish they did more to engage the community. All in all a fun place to be and really cool building

I have readily gone an hour out of my way to visit Mission: Fun and Games over closer/more convenient options as I value Mission's great customer service, large inventory, and knowledgeable staff. They are consistently my first stop when I have any board game, RPG, or Collectible Card needs/questions. My last visit had me looking for resources for my junior high students and within minutes, John (owner) and staff had found multiple solutions that would work. John even took time out of his busy weekend in the store to demonstrate a game for me! I highly recommend this store!

The games are priced pretty high to ballpark but many have stickers that say "this item is reduced" which ends up placing the games around the average retail price compared with other retailers (not all games of course). When games are actually on sale (as in, reduced lower than average retail price) the sales are often great. They also have a damaged box section which has some good finds. Staff here are passionate about games and love to help people discover new ones.

This is the best game store that I've ever seen. We stumbled across pictures online and just had to go check it out. My kids and I had such an amazing time exploring the massive selection of games/minis/cards/etc. My wife didn't totally hate it either! The staff were super helpful and you could tell they love their jobs (I would too if I worked there). I can't wait to go back!

Oh wow, this place was a dream come true ?? If you play tabletop games of ANY sort or enjoy board/card games, then I honestly can't think of a better place to go. I have a good friend who constantly recommended this place, but its a 25 minute drive for me as compared to other shops that are 10 minutess or less. After visiting this shop, I can confidently say that I will happily make the 25 min drive to come here in the future. The selection alone was mind-blowing, not to mention the place is impeccably organized and feels pretty opened up despite the mass amount of content they have to offer. Their miniatures sections are organized so well and are HUGE, as well as their dice displays (MASSIVE). They have tons of options for paints, books, mats, dungeon builders...you name it. Long story short, this place is a dream come true and if you haven't been, don't be like me and wait, cuz you're missing out, trust me ??
