It was the first time I had gone to Gamers Den but the first thing I saw when I walked in was kids enjoying a TCG game of Pokemon with someone teaching both kids how to play. There is also couches and video games setup for everyone to play. Definitely a spot I would like to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love coming In here. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful everytime. This is a Greta place to get magic, board games and DnD stuff. The warhammer section is a bit small, but they carry the citadel paint line and can order specific boxes if you need as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed feelings about this store. I do like it a lot. I want it to succeed. But I will say I’ve had somewhat inconsistent experiences. I’ve been to the store probably 10 times. Once, I was fully ignored. Not a single “hello can I help you” or even acknowledgement that I was a customer. For the most part, I absolutely hate that in a store (too pushy is very bad but not even saying hello is also bad). That does mean that the other times I’ve gone in I’ve been acknowledged and treated well.
Another time I went in, I believe one of the owners was playing a Warhammer game. All good, but he was swearing a fair bit (all in good fun). Doesn’t bother me, but for any store that in theory serves all clientele, swearing in a bit surprising.
One of my friends asked to order something in. They wrote it down and then never called him and later didn’t have any record of the request, when he inquired later.
I believe that they mean well but I do believe that they could have a more professional approach to their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's focused on game space, so it's not a massive collection of things, but the staff/owners are incredibly friendly, and from what I know are happy to consider bringing things in if you talk to them about it. Worth checking out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to say and do something positive and I almost immediately thought of Gamers Den. Excellent and friendly staff who are willing to order anything you need, and do all they can to keep games going in store during the pandemic. Always recommend Gamers Den for people in the hobby looking for a store.
