p	petey C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is owed almost entirely to one individual who, as of May 2022, still works at this Visions location. I stopped in last November to scope out PC monitors and ended up and Kaleb hooked me up. He was patient and knowledgeable. We had a good sympathetic chat over the dual display work flow I was looking for, and he gave me a really good deal on a warrantee. I've been working for months with this display with a much older, crappier one as a secondary. It was this outstanding guy alone who was the impetus for returning again to order a second, identical monitor. Sure enough, it was Kaleb who helped me out again with impeccable service and kindness. I can't speak about all Visions locations or all employees, but as long as this guy is there, I would highly recommend going there for pc and pc peripheral products. Ask for Kaleb.

We decided to visit Visions and I am really glad we did. The staff was very welcoming and quick to help us find what we needed. Andrew at the car audio counter helped me find exactly what I was looking for, keeping my budget in mind! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend visions.

That and being super kind and understanding. I ended up buying two more skus of the product (wifi LED smart bulbs) and couldn’t be any more happier. Thanks Jessica! You deserve a medal in customer service :-)

Excellent selection of all sorts of electronics and more and fantastic prices. Salespeople are more than willing to negotiate on price. Afraid to go in again. Willpower is waning.

I had several staff members helping me including management (they were super busy) They all went above and beyond in helping me find a new TV that was best suited for what I needed. They didn’t over sell me or try and sell me something I didn’t need. In the end I got an AMAZING tv for an AMAZING price. I’ll go back when I need appliances or other electronics

Between supply line issues and microchip shortages it’s been difficult to find stock of higher end models at a decent price. When I talked to Jeremy he offered me a very fair price if I was able to wait for their next shipment. I inquired about other models they did have in stock which would have been an easy sale but Jeremy wasn’t pushy and answered all my questions. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and am very happy with my purchase. 100% worth the wait and I will be back for my future home theatre needs!
