Pickup In-Store
Pre-ordering products for in-store pickup is fast and easy. First, ensure you’re logged in on gamestop.ca, and simply add eligible pre-orders to your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button. In your shopping cart, click on the "Pre-order online & pickup in-store" button to continue. A $5 deposit is required to ensure your product is reserved for you in-store. Please be aware that regular in-stock merchandise are not eligible for pickup in-store.
You’ll need to select an GameStop store where you’ll pickup your order. You can do this by using the map feature at the checkout and searching by city, store address, or postal code. Once your order is placed, you cannot change your selected store. You will receive an order confirmation by email and a call from the store once your product arrives. At that time, you’ll be required to pay the balance of your order at the store.
If you would like to cancel your pre-order, please visit the store that you directed the order to. An associate will be more than glad to assist you with the refund.
Please note that your order details will not be visible to the associates at your pick-up location immediately. Details will be sent within 24 hours of placing your order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was asking about the ps5, if they are having any soon. There’s one gentleman told me to call the store after an hour because he knew that they will have 9pcs coming from the shipment. I know he’s honest, he looked at me in the eye while sharing the information about the ps5. I went back to that store after a day, to follow up on the shipment. They say that they dont want to touch the shipment until Monday because there’s a big event happening(she didnt even bother looking at me as a normal customer).And they are busy with other stuffs. I smell Something fishy.
So i waited until Monday 10am, when i went back and ask if i could buy it..
They told me it’s SOLD OUT. Mind these people that i’m talking to, they can not even look into your eyes while they’re talking.
This is what’s in my mind right now. They know the demand for the ps5 is really high.
They might have bought it themselves and put it up in the market place twice the retail price. Or sell it to a reseller and they will has a cut after.
In edmonton if you look at the market place for ps5, they at least have 3 to 5pcs to sell. O bet you These sellers have receipts from Gamestop west edmonton mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to the Kingsway location, at least when I use to work at Kingsway, the employees are not very friendly. Sure they get the job done but their customer service skills need work.
There has only been one person that worked there that was actually pretty nice and made pick up and getting another pre-order in a happier sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience! Staff were friendly and approachable. They do explain a lot of small detail when it comes to membership and v do suggest really good like future products. So they are knowledgeable. They do also offer to order something in for you if they don't have it. The selection here is decent, but a lot of the bigger games tend to be gone most of the time. They do get stuff regularly tho.
The store itself is well maintained. But it does tend to get messy with the amount of traffic the store gets and with only 2 staff on hand. Overall good experience, would come back!
