★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the first time was when i was shopping with my mom all happy and excited because i was getting married and the bitter employee grumbled and said it would never work because i was 21, (this was 4 years ago and im still happily married) the 2nd time was today. when they brushed me off to talk to another employee and left the security tag on so now i have to drive back to get them to remove it. this is ridiculous.

Not to mention the mall is super warm and this store was AMAZINGLY air conditioned so theres that to be happy about and besides the better half look deadly in the amazing styles there.. Cant rave enough about them cant wait to be back in the store to see whats new

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the service here is always good, their inventory is often poor. I understand that it isn't a huge location. However, the selection is seriously lacking. If you have large breasts, you're probably out of luck because they won't have your bra size. And if they do, it will be in some ugly color like beige. None of the cute colorful options are available in larger sizes, which is extremely disappointing for a plus-size store. If I wanted to be an ignored demographic I would go to literally any other store.
I also recommend only shopping here when they have a good sale. Regular price clothing here is absolutely extortionate. That's not the location's problem of course, but the problem of the company itself. Many of the clothes are cheaply made and of poor quality but cost much more than they are actually worth. Save your money for clearance sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the ladies that work there. They are super helpful and really understand the struggles of plus size bodies not confirming to social sizing and shapes. They also are honest with you so you know that your purchase will look good and that you will actually wear it and not just end up hating it when you get home. Also love the fact that they carry wide shoes!!
