All staff where really helpful especially sneakers !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience. Trying to buy something but no one wanted to help us even though we asked to be helped multiple times. They did help other customers though but completely ignored us. Finally found a lady that was willing but the size was not available . Wasn’t informed if we can order it online or whatever. Just found out we could when we were looking up the shoes online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and great service! They are super helpful without hounding you down like other places (looking at you, Brown's Shoes). Shout out to everyone who helped me out today, namely - glasses chick who upsold me on cute socks, the girl she was training (who did great btw) and also cute gym guy. But im pretty sure everyone in the store helped me at some point. Great team spirit.
In conclusion, I will be back for more sportswear than I will arguably ever need... and maybe gym guy's number (?) Lol ✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store - everything is so well laid out - the clothes, sneakers and accessories, everything is to die for! I’m from the U.K. so it’s great to see JD is now where I live! Feels just like home. The staff are so attentive and they make sure if you do or don’t need help. I bought a pair of the new AF1 paisleys and the guy who helped me was fantastic. JD is definitely one of my most favourite stores :) I would also like to add that I did not see one staff member on their phone. I’m not sure why there are reviews saying this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great looking store, by far the best sneaker store in this mall and honestly the best JD I've been to in Canada having visited the Toronto location. Sales associates are helpful and attentive despite being busy, Ash and Hanna helped me find a great birthday gift for my grandson. Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store with lots of shoes and clothes to choose from; more notably so, they have brands i’ve never heard of or will possibly never have bought if it weren’t for JD Sports. Sonneti is a brand to die for, such soft material that works out for any occasion; a must buy! Even other brands all across the oceans are amazing :)
