★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a wonderful store and all except this time where I was trying to feel the texture of these cool leggings when one of the employers told me I'm not allowed to touch anything and was being kind of rude asking "what do you want?" in a rude tone with me looking all annoyed. Verses when other customers entered to touch clothes that same employee said nothing to them

Worst return policy ever! Not only can you not get your cash refunded if you paid full price for the original item you can only exchange for regular priced items. If it is currently on sale "No sale for you!" must pay the original sticker price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place will sell people the wrong size jeans as a gift and tell them to wear a belt and refuse to refund it, tried to work an exchange and the owner pretended like he was gonna take my number down and work with me but just left the store instead, will lie to you about getting a shipment in soon but then when you call the store and ask they will tell you that no shipments are coming anytime soon, owner will also raise his voice at you and call security if you ask for a refund more than once, most shady business I've probably ever seen inside west ed. Never shop here they are so hurting for sales they will lie to you about not having a refund function when on the website it says refunds are acceptable up to 14 days which i tried to do well before that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST PLACE EVER. We were served by a woman who was wearing no mask. We looked around she came on yelling saying we’re not allowed to look around and when we asked for a “manager” or “her name” she has just walked away refusing service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We have a video proof as well. Really a lot rude, no manners, no COVID restrictions, don’t know how to work in customer service.

We went into the store to look around and were pondering the boards specifically when my girlfriend and I found one and set it on the floor to test out the trucks on it when the front cashier, a man, came over to us and rudely asked us "what are you doing" as if to suggest we knew we were in the wrong. I looked at him and simply replied with "what do you mean" when he repeated "what do you think you are doing" in again, a very aggressive and rude tone. We replied with the fact we were just testing out the board as that is what you normally are allowed to do in order to see if the board works for you or not. In which his reply was for us to put the board back as there are sharp objects around and if we get hurt the store doesn't cover that. We understood his concern, however, the lack of respect and professionalism will never make me or my girlfriend come back to this store again. Will not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First store in the mall I ever walk into where the employees actually take great care of you, and have a different variety of clothes and top notch brands. The two gentleman working there helped me with any questions I had, and were quick to assist me if I needed anything. They just got a new customer and I definitely recommend this store for anyone who is looking for some nice clothing for great prices!
