The sales associate, Fanny, was unbelievably pleasant and knowledgeable in not only Women's wear, but also Mens and kids as well! I was unfamiliar with the brand but Fanny made my experience extremely smooth, fun and casual! NO pressure to purchase anything unlike other expensive retailers, who only 'helped' if you looked like you're going to spend big bucks, but just a great time getting to know the products and the flexibility to make my own decisions. I ended up LOVING multiple items and will definitely go back to shop again soon! Huge plus, the store looked amazing and was sooooo organized and clean! Which made shopping that much more convenient and fun!

So much so that my parents even ended up buy a jacket for themselves! We're all so happy with our purchases, I'm actually excited for the colder weather! If you need a jacket head over to Moose Knuckle ASAP!

She was very accommodating, she made us feel so welcome and so knowledgeable of the product that she made my wife bought a jacket for me. She definitely knows customer service 101..... rest assured that we will be recommending your store to our friends because of her....

C	Curtis Ulmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there three times, twice I was helped by Akbar and had a great time going through the store and having him help me in and out of each jacket and he listened to what I wanted and never pushed me to buy what he thought or tried to sell me the most expensive jacket. He did show some amazing jackets. I bought two and have never been happier. We went back and got my wife one as well, and she fell in love with them as well. I have noticed that even on warmer days they do not make me to hot to have to take it off but even just the sweater I bought with the faux fur going down the front and around my hood was warm enough for minus twenty but I didn't have to take it off in the mall. I love the store and do hope it does stay. Some of the prices are high but look what you are getting and a lot of the prices are very fair and don't have to worry about competition. Plus it's nice buying from the store that knows what you are buying and helps you get the right one, not the only one they have. This is long but all the staff are great and the manager Akbar was awesome to deal with, so I want people to know and realize that they will be very comfortable shopping there and leaving very satisfied and comfortable. I had to line up for half and hour, and when it was my turn, they were so rude ( Specially an asian girl, I forgot her name), and she didn’t show any sign of a good customer service! If they want to keep the business and compete with others, they really should take care of their hiring process and who they are hiring! Very disappointed!
A	AG47 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them a zero, I would. Went there and stood in line with my wife, mother in law & younger brother for 30 minutes to get in, that’s fine. While we standing in line my mother in law quickly ran to Swatch (literally next door) to see a watch my 9 year old brother wanted. When she went there we were up to go into the store. I specifically told the sales associates that we were 3 people & that my mom will be back, & called her back right away. So far so good? So they let her in, & then my brother needed the bathroom, my wife took him there, again, we told them they were going out and they will be back, they said no problem. So they come back & 2 illiterate people claiming to be managers, ones name is Terra Lynn or however you spell it, & another Asian male with painted nails come to us & tell us “you can’t keep doing this, & someone needs to go out”. My wife was like sure I’ll go out. My mother in law really didn’t like the way they talked to us, & told them to calm down. The 2 geniuses then threatened to call security if we don’t leave. Terra Lynn was like “you can come back another day, just not today”. We told them we are doing nothing wrong & we waited in line, & if you really want, call security & tell them what’s going on. Of course cause they’re in the wrong they didn’t call security & returned our previous sales associate who was helping us back (after they said they told them to not help us). For a brand that I’ve owned & stood beside since 2012 I could not believe that actually happened to us. Stand behind the brand 100%, these 2 managers need to get fired. I’ll be contacting HR about them as well.

Better than CG, it's just my opinion. Styling is good and very warm. Fanny was extremely helpful and friendly. Can't wait till I get my next jackets from moose knuckles again.
