L	Lolita Gito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought chicken strip with gravy and they changed their gravy container. When I lift it the lid opened suddenly and so the gravy was all over our car. The new container is not sturdy.

We need to plan carefully to avoid crowds. Gas bar is less crowded before 7:30 AM on any given day and you can fill your tank without waiting in line. In store shopping is easier between 10:30-11:30AM and again from 2:00-3:30 PM.
R	Robert W. Nevins Selvadurai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Costco on April 26th. I was having a good shopping experience until I checked out. At the checkout, OP14: Jacqueline was the cashier. She did not greet anyone coming to the checkout just, "card". I had emptied all the products onto the belt. After she said "card" and I showed it and she scanned it, she started to scan the products. After scanning the items (17 items), she was dropping them into the cart! When I saw that she was doing that, I took over arranging them in the cart so she would not drop the products. She moved onto the next customer and finished loading the cart and went out to my car. That is when I discovered that when the cashier dropped my items, one of them was the yogurt. One of the yogurt containers had busted and yogurt had come out of it. I wanted to go back in but the line at the return was long and I had a time crunch so left. This individual needs a lot more training, someone to oversee her work or moved to another department where she directly with customers. Very disappointed with the service of the cashier.
K	Kurt Baksh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live really close by to Costco and can walk in the Summer time. I would go early in the morning before Covid and explore the store. Now different times but same great service. I also use the gas station, gas always less expensive than the stations around.
D	Donna-Marie Chambers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good visit finding what I needed. The only thing I'm going to complain about is SELF-CHECKOUT. The machines are not cleaned after used by customers. I always clean myself, because I don't want to get COVID-19.
