A	Andrew L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this Buffalo Wild Wing location. The servers are always super nice and welcoming. Before COVID I would visit pretty frequently with fiends to watch sports and grab some food. Since COVID I’ve been ordering take-out maybe once a month. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because the last time I grabbed 50 wings I pre-ordered them To be picked up for 1:40pm. When I got to the restaurant 10 mins early they were already ready for me. It seemed like the wings were sitting in the cardboard box for a while and when I took them home the boxes were soggy and falling apart when I opened the bag. Ya of course there’s going to be steam and condensation from the car ride home but I only live 12 mins away.

We ordered Ultimate Nachos / 20-20 wing bundle (tossed in Asian zing sauce) / Some blueberry based mock-tail (I forget the name of the drink) but my wife really liked it. Ultimate nachos were great , fresh cooked + generous amounts of cheese & veggies. Wings combo was not that great , we were expecting something similar taste to Milestones (Asian chicken bites) but this sauce was a bit different. That mock-tail was really good and on recommendation of server I should have ordered 1 for myself. I forgot the name of server but he was great. Overall it was a good experience and we will visit them again once we are done with the other dine-in spots in Ajax.

d	db2 able on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great size place. Good size dining area and bar area. I tried three different flavors of chicken wings and they were amazing. If there's a typo of sauce that you want to try on your chicken wings, the server will get a a plate, with a few nacho chips, to taste the sauce. Simple but a great idea. Atmosphere was nice, service was excellent, and again, the wings were amazing. ? The prices there were reasonable. All in all, a great experience. ?
B	Basvanth Puppala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always liked BWW, good food good choices great taste. I wanted to try the cauliflower bites and made a pick up order which comes with 2 sauces. They tasted delicious like 5 or more stars good, the reason for 4 stars is because of the packaging. As you can see in the picture the lids of the sauce got out of shape(more like melted off) and both the sauces got mixed due to spill on the bites. "The rating is only for what happened not the food taste".
S	Stand for Justice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in on a Friday night, was asked for a mask, I told them I have a medical exemption. Next employee sees me that's scanning the QR code, asks me for a mask, I mention I have an exemption, asks me to see my exemption, I tell her you can't ask for my exemption and that you should know the rules by now. Get to our table, a third person comes to me (Rex) and asks me for a mask, I tell him you want me to wear a mask while at our table? He responds, no, but when you were coming in. I respond that first of all you're not wearing your mask over your nose and please keep your distance. Rex tells me he will not serve me and walks away. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. So Natasha, another server asks everyone for their drink, and skips me, I ask for water and she says that the manager (Rex) said not to serve me. I have never had such a poor experience. I shouldn't have to mention to 3 separate workers that I have an exemption, especially if we came in with 9 other people all wearing masks. Also the employees here should understand basic rules of not asking for an exemption (it's right in the bylaw). And lastly someone who is medically exempt shouldn't feel so discriminated against and treated like an outcast. We made the place so much money today and at the end we left with a sour taste in our mouths. I will be escalating this and will make sure we never come back here again. Avoid this place, many better options around.
J	Jen T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with friends on Thursday BOGO free boneless wings night. This was out first visit ever to a BWW. All 3 of us ordered different sauces for the wings. The garlic parmasan and BBQ were way too salty. The Nashville and the mild also didn't taste right, may have been too much salt. The honey garlic was nice, but the sweet BBQ was also too salty and not sweet at all (I wonder if they used the other BBQ instead). We had a feeling that they put too much salt in the batter for the wings. The sauces were subpar compared to other popular wings places. The portion sizes were very good, very chunky white meat pieces..and the coating was very crispy. Overall disappointed with the taste of the boneless wings because of the saltiness and the sauces. We ordered a some tots, they were pretty oily but still tasted like they should. Similar to the ones I buy from the grocery store. The service was good, our server was very nice. We were seated pretty quickly and tended to quickly as well. We were happy with her service. Not sure if we would go back, maybe it was an off day...but if we ever do try BWW again it'll be for the bone-in wings.

Had the honey garlic and buffalo…These boneless wings are heavily battered and salty not sure if it was the sauce but the Buffalo was inedible even the honey garlic took too much, reminded me of pizza pizza battered wings after they get cold it’s really hard to eat..only good thing was the special but I rather spend more and grab some wings somewhere else plenty of options. Forgot to mention, ordered online and had to wait an additional 25 minutes beyond my expected time..I understand they got busy but still dang maybe send a notification saying behind or something..would have cancelled if I knew wouldn’t be worth the wait.. Update* ok so went back and tried their traditional wings what a difference…chose the mango habanero and the Parmesan wings…parm were ok nothing special imo but not bad..the mango habanero is legit! Good flavour and good heat (might be too spicy for those that can barely handle Buffalo but worth a try). Tuesdays they have buy one get one 50 off..I would def go back for the habanero and try the other favourites..think they just had an off day when I had the boneless wings maybe try them in the future but for now the traditional the way to go (was never really the boneless wing type anyways).
