★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location makes the trip to Oshawa worth it. $5 dollars worth of fries? 45 minute wait? Never ordering here again. The guy on the grill couldn't keep up with the dressed buns. Very dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here many times and am usually very happy with the service and order. Tonight was awful. Some staff needs to be properly trained.
I asked for light ketchup and mayo, received it drenched. When I asked for a new one made they made it exactly the same and then decided to laugh at me. However the cashier Talia was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What kind of Five Guys doesn’t serve milkshakes? That’s pretty much the only reason anyone comes here. Food is average, nothing special. Free toppings are always appreciated, especially when the item prices are so inflated.
If they had milkshakes I’d have given them another 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been eating here since they first opened. First visit my debit card didn't work, owner said don't worry about it, will never forget it, been eating here ever since. Not sure if owners have changed since then, but the food continues to be solid regardless. Writing review since they now have poutine, which with their great fries and curds is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Five Guys burgers once in my life, and i hated it. I decided to give this location a shot (2 years ago when i moved to Ajax) and everything changed. This location makes some pretty damn delicious burgers. Always juicy and flavorful. Their presentation is not pretty, but my goodness the flavor is there. When i am craving a burger, i definitely come here.
