★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother going there after 10pm on drive thew because it’s so slow. It took around 20 mins get to the order scream and it took around 10 mins to get the food. Who will wait 30 mins to get a food on the drive thew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst BKs. There is no care to get the food right. There is always something missing every dang time. Burgers are sad and dry, fries taste like the fry oil hasn't been changed since the wheel was invented. This place truly sucks, even for a burger king.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is okay based on quality control. But for the knowledge of customers. The manager a older South Asian man. Is asking customers to pay 25 cents for the condiments packs.. There may be a possibility of him breaking standards because the condiments are part of the price of the meal.. He made 5o cents increase when other burger kings in Durham don't charge for condiments.. There is also a good chance he pockets the change since 25 cents per condiment is not standard. This is the last time I will show my face there and I've been there since they opened.. But I rather not have someone pony up the price on random. Especially when he has been a manager there for year's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peppercorn King burger is my favorite. How disappointing to find the crispy onions it should come with were replaced without warning by not-so-crispy onion rings. It did impacted negatively flavor and experience. tsk, tsk
