C	Candace Knights on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and great selection of clothing. This Dynamite location is joined with Garage clothing, which makes it very convenient. The staff is helpful and there are always sizes and stock available.
A	Ashley Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dynamite is my absolute favorite store, about 95% of my clothing is from dynamite. I always shop at the Oshawa Center dynamite but i was looking for a particular bodysuit that Oshawa didn't have so I decided to go and check out the Ajax location...usually I'm extremely inspired by what the associates are wearing and end up buying entire outfits at a time but in Ajax I couldn't tell the difference between who was working and who was just shopping. Absolutely NO style. Also there was a promo going on, buy one top get the 2nd 50% off....when I asked which tops were included the associate asked her friend if the top i had in my hand was part if the deal and all she said was "I don't know, im not sure". She then gave me a selection of 3 different types of shirts that she was sure were part of the deal,I didn't like any of them and ended up leaving empty handed. When I got home later that evening I went online and found out that almost every single top in that store is part of this deal, the associate was just to lazy to check/clarify. Needless to say I would never go back to the ajax location. EVER.
S	Stephanie Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is the closest to my house however I dont think I would go here again.On a visit to Dynamite I would typically spend over $200, never the case at this location. Usually when I walk into a Dynamite the sales associates outfits inspire me and sometimes I would buy an entire outfit that they would be wearing. I have been to this location multiple times and I must say they lack a sense of style. I feel like they do not even wear clothes from Dynamite. Very uninspiring and they arent very helpful either. Compared to every other location this one needs better staff. The girls at other locations are more helpful suggest pieces that go together and take the time to help you find what you are looking for. The ones here just say " I dont know, the jeans are over there" . Definitely will not be coming back here again the 5 times I have been here were the same and I would rather drive an extra 15 mins to go to another Dynamite with more helpful and inspiring associates.

When I went to return the item, she asked for credit card although I bought on the app so they can just scan the barcode and refund without credit card nowadays. At least, that’s what other stuff did for me last time so I know they can do that.

Janeh at the change rooms was so helpful, she checked for extra stock in the back for me as well as helped me choose what looked best on me. I took off a star because the cashier wouldn’t honour a price that was on the Dynamite website when I showed it to her. I didn’t push for it because I could just go online and buy it but I feel like she could have tried harder. To the reviews below who complain the girls who work there don’t have style and they weren’t “inspired”, it’s not their job to wear an outfit to inspire you. Get your own original style and if you have difficulty then you can go online and do some research.

She was bubbly and provided excellent customer service and had a lot of product knowledge as well. I am really pleased! Definitely will come back.
