★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier was friendly. Bought the two grab bags for 5.00. Usually love getting these. This time I got a pair of small/medium tights in one. I don't mind socks but how many people are a small/medium? I don't even know anyone they would fit so are useless. They should stick with jewellery makeup and socks as can be used by almost everyone. Also got very dangly and chunky earrings in the other package and one was broken and not on the back packaging. Disappointed for the first time and have bought many of these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I walked in to get a little accessory tote and discovered a whole new Ardene with extra large sizes that actually fit like extra larges. And also discovered that their clothing is FANTASTIC! I now come once every week. The girls are so friendly, helpful and patient. One lady called around to several stores to try and help me find a pair of boots. I look forward to seeing the girls at the Ajax location! Customer for life now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in store. I showed the Virgin Plus member benefit code which would have given me 15% off my total bill. The cashier chose to ignore me despite two reminders.
The store would not even break my twoonie to 2 loonies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allison was very helpful and your patient with my ever so demanding needs. I hope her manager sees this review as they need to know what a quality worker they have on their team. She deserves a raise !!! If only you knew how much time I took from her day with my complicated demands (refund, then break up my items in three and the refund again and then re-scan all over again. And she did so with a smile and patience I’ve never seen before. Especially in retail.A+++ service and customer care was genuine.
