★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food as all the locations have, but this one could definitely use a good cleaning. The floors and tables were really sticky!
I had the chili cheese fries, and the chicken crisper sandwich. The fries were pretty small, but good as a side dish. The chicken crisper was surprisingly big for $5, it had 2 big chicken strips on it, and I had mine with mayo and pickles. It was awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order three orders 1/3 burger, and the buns was soggy I don’t think they toasted the buns.My son usually loves burgers, but he didn’t even want finish it. I order grilled chicken burger it was soggy right from the start it tasted like fried baloney. Only thing the family like was the milkshake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed by this Fatburger! I went for their Bourbon BBQ Chicken burger with a Butterscotch shake and my tastebuds thanked me for it! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. And service was quick too, so I'll be coming back for sure ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So impressed with the customer service at this location!! The staff checked in on us 3 times while we were eating to make sure our food was satisfactory. My impossible burger was so good and my partner enjoyed his breakfast very much as well. Can’t wait to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Re: January 12 2022order : We have supported local business during these uncertain times by ordering from this location frequently, only to be told , by the manager, that he had made the burgers himself and they were made correct.
However I have the photos to prove that the burger came with mushrooms instead of bacon! He outright denies it, and said he’d worked there for 3 years. He would not believe me that they put mushrooms on the burger instead of bacon. The worst customer service I’ve received from a restaurant ever. Highly disappointing.
It took so long to get a refund that I was not able to reorder.
If the manager would have taken the time to listen to me, there is a easier way for restaurants to fix orders they make incorrect: by canceling and refunding a new order. He was so rude he wouldn’t even let me explain how to do this…he then proceeded to hang up on me.
Now the person who ordered the burger has had to go without supper tonight, as they cannot eat mushrooms.
